Come enjoy all the healthy benefits of Hatha Yoga in a class with:

¨    gentle stretches at your own pace

Start where you are and be amazed at the gentle power of yoga.

Join us for a seven week class on Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8pm.  Fee for all seven classes only $49, paid in advance.  Class size is limited.

Wear comfortable clothing.  Bring a blanket or yoga mat & large towel.

Instructor Cathy Frazier is trained in the lineage of Sri Swami Satchidananda and has over 30 years experience in the practice and teaching of yoga.
